In the past ten years,China’s social wealth has accumulated rapidly,the scale of wealth has been continuously expanded,and the wealth management market has ushered in rapid growth.As the expanding high-net-worth group,the affluent class and the middle class look for better ways to manage their own wealth,third-party wealth management agencies appear in the public’s field of vision with their unique professional third-party image and gradually become an important part of the wealth management industryHowever,with the deepening of China’s financial system reform and the implementation of new policies and regulations,the problem of not being mature is gradually emerging in development of third-party wealth management industry.As a leading company in China’s third-party wealth management industry,Company A must be strategically transformed in the market environment,re-engineering the development strategy system in line with its own and market needs.This article takes company A as the research object,firstly,this paper analyzes the internal and external environment of the company by combining qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis.By constructing SWOT matrix and QSPM matrix,it proposes three general strategies for A company: diversification strategy and product innovation.Meet the personalized needs of target customer groups,enhance the company’s profitability;market development strategy,continuously improve its marketing capabilities to find potential markets,increase market share;integration strategy,establish good strategic cooperation mechanism with upstream enterprises and financial technology companies.Improve the company’s product service innovation,market analysis,risk control and other capabilities.Secondly,in the strategic selection of business level,this paper has developed a competitive strategy of product differentiation and service differentiation for Company A,providing differentiated products and services for different markets and customer groups,thus gaining competitive advantage.Finally,this paper combines the actual situation of Company A,proposes the strategic implementation plan from the aspects of investment research,brand and service.Put forward four measures to improve organizational structure,personnel training,risk control and innovation capacity building.Through analysis and research,this paper points out the development direction for Company A and establishes a suitable development strategy system to better grasp the future development.At the same time,this paper hopes to provide strategic thinking and practice for the third-party wealth management industry in China. |
