Research On The Mechanism,Effect And Path Of Digital Economy Enabling The Improvement Of Resilience Of Tourism Industry

At present,China’s economy has highly development,and tourism,as an important part of the national economy,also needs to accelerate the transformation and upgrading to better,in order to help the vigorous development of China’s economy and society.Influenced by factors such as unstable internal development structure and turbulent external environment,the development efficiency of China’s tourism industry needs to be improved.The resilience of the tourism industry,which reflects the development level of the regional tourism industry,also shows a trend of unbalanced regional development and vulnerability to emergencies,seriously hindering the sustainable and healthy development of the tourism industry.With the development of the digital economy,the digital economy has gradually become the "new engine" to promote the transformation and upgrading of China’s national economy.Especially in the special period of public health emergencies,the digital economy,with its own fast,high permeability and incremental marginal benefits,has played a more prominent role in the development of China’s national economy.How to give full play to the actual role of digital economy in enabling the tourism industry to improve its resilience,and how to enhance the tourism industry’s resilience self-regulation and sustainable development ability to cope with the changing internal and external environment has become an urgent problem.Based on this understanding,this paper first explores the functional mechanism of digital economy enabling tourism industry’s resilience improvement from the practical and theoretical levels based on the enabling theory;Secondly,the objective CRITIC weight method is used to measure the digital economy development level and tourism industry resilience of 30provinces(cities)in China from 2011 to 2020;Then,through the system generalized moment estimation method,it explores the actual effect of the digital economy enabling the tourism industry to improve resilience;At the same time,based on the possible spatial correlation and spatial dependence of the tourism industry development,this paper further uses the spatial dubin model to test the spatial spillover effect of the digital economy enabling the tourism industry to enhance its resilience;In addition,we will also use the qualitative comparative analysis method of fuzzy sets to study the specific path to enhance the resilience of the digital economy enabled tourism industry.The research finds that there is still much room to improve the resilience development level of China’s digital economy and tourism industry;Digital economy has a significant direct enabling effect on the improvement of tourism industry resilience;The development of the digital economy can promote the resilience of the tourism industry in the province(city),but to a certain extent,it inhibits the resilience of the tourism industry in neighboring provinces(cities);The digital infrastructure construction,digital innovation,digital governance,digital industrialization and industrial digitalization included in the digital economy play a synergistic role in improving the resilience of the tourism industry.Finally,based on the theoretical study and empirical research of this paper,we propose policy recommendations to enhance the resilience of the digital economy enabled tourism industry:Fully deploy the construction of digital infrastructure and lay a solid foundation for the development of the digital economy;Optimize the overall layout of digital construction and narrow the development gap between urban and rural digital economy;Give full play to the role of the digital economy as a "booster" to make up for the shortcomings of the tourism industry’s resilience improvement;Grasp the regional advantages,swallow anything and everything,and comprehensively improve the resilience of China’s tourism industry.
