With the appearance and development of the era of knowledge economy,human capital plays an increasingly critical role in promoting economic growth,technological iteration and social progress.It is the most important source for enterprises to obtain competitive advantages,which is treated as the most important capital,and making an increasingly prominent contribution to enterprise development.As the most important human capital investment activity of enterprises,training has been paid more and more attention by more and more managers.It has become one of the important ways to improve employee loyalty and satisfaction,promote enterprise reform and support the realization of enterprise strategic goals under the economic globalization and world integration.As the most common training project in enterprises,new employee training is an important process of socialization of new employees.Paying attention to new employee training is the best choice for enterprises to seek sustainable development,and it is also the inevitable choice for enterprises to obtain core competitiveness and achieve long-term development.As one of the components of training,training effect evaluation plays a vital role in ensuring the realization of training objectives and improving training quality.Therefore,it is an important subject and practical problem for current enterprises to construct a set of effective evaluation system for the training effect of new employees,scientifically evaluate the training effect of new employees and improve the value of training.Firstly,this paper analyzes and compares the well-known training effect evaluation theoretical models at home and abroad,innovatively chooses the combination of CIPP evaluation model and CIRO evaluation model as the theoretical framework,and tries to establish a set of general evaluation index system for the training effect of new employees in the life insurance industry.Secondly,on the basis of literature analysis and expert interviews,combined with the characteristics of new employee training in the life insurance industry,4 first-level indicators,10 secondlevel indicators and 42 third-level indicators are preliminarily summarized from four levels: context level,input level,reaction level and output level.Thirdly,referring to the development process of the scale and using the method of quantitative analysis,eight three-level indicators are deleted and a reasonable index system is constructed.Then,with combination of group decision making and AHP,the index system is weighted based on the expert weight assignment.Subsequently,this paper constructs the new employee training effect evaluation model of life insurance industry by the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,and carries out empirical research on the new employees training effect evaluation of X insurance of Guizhou branch,with the data processing and the analysis of the evaluation results,which contributes to verifying the effectiveness of the training effect evaluation index system and making targeted improvement suggestions for X Insurance Guizhou Branch’s current training from the context level,input level,reaction level and output level four dimensions.Then,in terms of organizational level,institutional mechanism level and cultural level,this paper puts forward safeguard measures to ensure the scientific and longterm operation of the evaluation index system for the training effect of new employees in the life insurance industry.Finally,this paper systematically summarizes the contents explored in this paper and the results of the research,points out the limitations of the current research,and proposes research directions for future research.Through the discussion on the evaluation of the training effect of new employees in the life insurance industry,this study constructs a set of evaluation index system of the training effect of new employees in the life insurance industry,which provides ideas and methods for the evaluation of the training effect of new employees in life insurance enterprises,and makes the direction of the training of new employees in life insurance enterprises clearer and more targeted.It can promote similar enterprises to carry out training evaluation more effectively and scientifically,which provides certain reference significance for other enterprises in the industry.
