With the complexity of the current enterprise economic development environment,the function of human resource management is becoming more and more important.As one of the functions of modern human resource management,training plays an important role in improving the comprehensive quality of the staff and the sustainable development of the enterprise.Training effect evaluation,as an indispensable part of the training process,will directly affect the content of future training projects and guide the actual work of employees after training.Therefore,the construction of training effect evaluation system is very important for human resource managers.Based on the domestic and foreign literature and results,this paper summarizes and summarizes the currently widely used evaluation models and methods,laying a certain theoretical foundation for the study of J Company’s training effect evaluation.According to the actual situation of the enterprise,this paper analyzes the current situation of J Company’s training effect evaluation,and analyzes the existing problems and reasons.Then kirkpatrick evaluation model as the foundation,for the company to design a set of complete training effect evaluation system,by using the methods of questionnaire investigation,interview method,respectively,the reaction layer,learning layer,behavior layer and the result has carried on the training effect evaluation,and select the J company actual training project as a case study analysis,It verifies the applicability of J Company’s training effect evaluation system and evaluation method.Finally,the paper puts forward targeted measures and suggestions to ensure the evaluation of J Company’s training effect.This research result has a certain value,with J company as an example,this study tries to through the scientific and objective method to establish a set of suitable for J company training program of training effect evaluation index system,no matter on the way,or on the indicators,this research can be for other enterprises to build an effective training effect evaluation index system to provide certain reference value.
