Insurance Product is an invisible commodity,it is to provide customers with life security and property security of the commitment.This characteristic of insurance products leads to such a phenomenon that people’s demand for insurance products can be stimulated by professional insurance marketing personnel in the course of selling insurance products.Therefore,the marketing staff of insurance companies on the company’s product mastery,introduction methods,and communication skills with customers have a direct impact on the choice of target customers.Insurance marketing personnel provide customers with personalized and professional services,so that their customer resources increase.In the process of market competition,if insurance companies want to have a higher status,they must ensure the quality of their marketing team building.The Life Insurance Marketing team still has the development space in the current market competition,moreover this development space is big,the form is relatively optimistic.If we want to develop our business in an orderly and healthy way,we must put some professional talents in the field of life insurance with good professional skills and good moral quality in our life insurance marketing team.At present,the orderly and healthy development of life insurance marketing is facing the dilemma of being restricted,which is caused by the quality of its excellent and bad salesmen and the low threshold requirement.Therefore,if life insurance enterprises want to develop continuously in the fierce market competition,they must cultivate a high-quality life insurance marketing team.At present,the major life insurance companies have already shifted their training focus to the training of marketing personnel.Therefore,the effect of staff training and training process used in the relevant theories for the outline of the article,this paper on the subject of the review and summary.Secondly,this paper uses factor analysis and correlation analysis to analyze the training effect of SDXH company and find out the influencing factors,then thefirst and second grade index system of the company’s effect evaluation is determined.At the same time,this paper adds the research results to the training evaluation of Life Insurance Marketing Personnel,and analyzes the existing problems in the training.On the basis of detailed analysis of the results of the study,suggestions for improvement and safeguard measures are put forward to ensure the smooth conduct of the future evaluation of training effectiveness.Finally,according to the research results and contents,this paper summarizes them,provides a new direction for the future development of life insurance enterprises,and also points out the shortcomings of the current research.In order to improve the competitiveness of SDXH company in the market competition,it is necessary to solve the existing problems of training effectiveness evaluation for SDXH company,and the relevant research in this paper can provide a better solution.At the same time,it also hopes to provide some thinking and reference for the effective development of the training effect evaluation of other life insurance enterprises.
