Study On The Coupling And Coordination Between Logistics Industry And Economic Development In Shanxi Province

The logistics industry is not only the basis for promoting the sustainable development of the economy,but also the key factor for promoting its high-quality growth,and is also an important pillar and frontier of the socialist national economic growth.In recent years,the logistics industry and economic development of Shanxi Province have made great achievements.The vigorous development of logistics has provided a strong impetus for economic growth,and economic growth has also pushed the logistics industry to a new level of development.The coordination of logistics industry and economic development has affected the overall development of Shanxi Province.However,at present,the public attaches relatively low importance to the coupling and coordination of logistics industry and economic development,and the logistics planning and economic reform measures in Shanxi Province have not been integrated with each other and kept consistent pace.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the coupling and coordination of logistics and economy in Shanxi Province.This paper takes the coupling and coordination between the logistics industry and economic development in Shanxi Province as the starting point,and studies the coupling and coordination level between the two systems and analyzes its improvement strategies by combing the existing relevant literature and combining the actual situation in Shanxi Province.Firstly,it studies the current situation of logistics industry and economic development in Shanxi Province and analyzes its development relationship,providing reference for the selection of evaluation index weights and the proposal of improving coupling coordination;Secondly,according to the relevant data of logistics and economy in Shanxi Province and cities from 2011 to 2021,the final weight of each evaluation index and the comprehensive development level of logistics and economy are determined by improving the entropy weight TOPSIS method,so as to build the coupling and coordination evaluation index system of logistics industry and economic development in Shanxi Province;Then,the coupling coordination model is used to calculate the coupling coordination of logistics and economy,and the reasons behind the results are analyzed;Then,GM(1,1)grey prediction model is used to predict the change trend of the coupling coordination degree between logistics and economy from 2022 to 2026;Finally,according to the problems in the process of logistics and economic coupling and coordination,and combining with the actual situation,this paper puts forward targeted suggestions for improving the coupling and coordination of logistics industry and economic development in Shanxi Province.The study found that from 2011 to 2021,the comprehensive evaluation level of logistics and economy in Shanxi Province showed an overall upward trend.Among them,the level of logistics development in Taiyuan and Yangquan was significantly lower than the level of economic development,while the level of logistics development in Linfen was far higher than the level of economic development,and the ratio between the two systems in other urban areas was close to 1,indicating that the logistics and economic development in Shanxi Province was evolving in a benign direction.The coupling degree of logistics and economy in Shanxi Province has been at a stable level,belonging to the antagonistic stage;By 2021,the degree of coupling coordination has reached the primary level,and has successfully entered the acceptable range.The advantages of coupling interaction are increasingly obvious.In the next five years,the level of coupling and coordination between the logistics industry and economic development in Shanxi Province will gradually develop steadily in a more benign direction,but the average annual growth rate is far lower than that before 2021,and the coupling and coordination between the logistics industry and the economy in various cities has a large gap.The coupling and coordination development in Shanxi Province still has a large development space.In the process of studying the coupling coordination of logistics and economy in Shanxi Province,it is found that the main factors affecting the coupling coordination are inconvenient transportation,high logistics cost and single industrial structure.The government and logistics enterprises need to work together to improve the coupling and coordinated development relationship between the logistics industry and the economic system in Shanxi Province through scientific and reasonable factor allocation and healthy and good mutual promotion.
