A Study On The Changes And Influencing Factors Of Island Fishing Villages

The problem of " three rural areas" is the core problem in the process of Chinese modernization.Chinese modernization cannot be separated from rural modernization.The modernization of Chinese fishing village is an important part of Chinese rural modernization.While the development of fishing village has made great achievements,it also faces some problems.The vicissitude of sea island fishing village has a great influence on the promotion of the modernization of Chinese fishing village,and also has an important influence on the island ecological environment,social stability and economic development.The paper chooses Dongji town island fishing village as the research object,and researches the island fishing village vicissitude and its influencing factors.To a certain extent,it reflects the problem faced by island fishing village development in southeast coastal area of our country,and proposes a new idea of island fishing village future development from two aspects of theory and practice.Through literature research,the author fully understands the relevant research trends at home and abroad,and focuses on the guiding role of sustainable development theory,population migration theory,role theory and social integration theory to this paper.Interviews and questionnaires are used to explain the process of social economy,island resources and fishermen’ s status changes in three historical periods: before the reform and opening up,from the reform and opening up to the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics and after the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics.Taking the change of island fishing village in Jizhen Town of Zhoushan Province as the carrier,this paper studies the influencing factors of the change of island fishing village in Jizhen Town of Zhoushan Province through questionnaire survey.Finally,policies,economy,environment and culture of the change of island fishing village are selected as the influencing factors.Through empirical analysis and quantitative analysis,data analysis software such as SPSSAU is used.By means of entropy method,this paper studies the influencing factors of island fishing village change,establishes an evaluation index system and makes an empirical analysis.The results show that policy factors have the most significant influence on the change of island fishing villages,followed by economic factors,environmental factors and cultural factors.Factor level analysis results show that the change of tourism industry status and the implementation of rural revitalization strategy play a significant role in promoting the change of island fishing villages.The second is the change of marriage concept,birth policy,Marine ecological environment change,fishermen’s own employment status,fishing village living environment change,fishermen’s income structure change,the proposal of fishing ban policy,the transformation and development of fishery resources,the change of fishery industry structure,the development of diversified family structure,fishermen’s knowledge level,The above factors all play a positive role in promoting the change of the island fishing village in Jizhen,Zhoushan Province.According to the above factors,it is found that the development of island fishing villages has the following problems: the fishery infrastructure is not perfect,the fishery industry structure is unreasonable;Weak awareness of ecological and environmental protection,Marine laws and regulations to be improved;Population aging is serious,and the distribution of employment structure is unreasonable;Insufficient investment in fishery technology and the cultural level of fishermen need to be improved.Finally,the paper puts forward the corresponding development strategies to the above problems,and provides reference for the development of new island fishing villages with local characteristics.
