Under the influence of resource, environment, political and other factors, traditional fishery of our country began to decline and fishermen began to switch to other production and change their jobs gradually, which have effects on the lives and economy of fishing village. Our country begins to adjust the structure of marine economic development and accelerate the transformation of the traditional marine industry. Recreational fishery, a new type of fishery development, combining the fishing industry, tourism and service industry, involves tourism, sightseeing, fishing, culture, education and so on. It is not only a new way of marine industrial development, but also a new direction in leisure tourism which caters the current public leisure tourism era. Through the development of recreational fishery, regional energy will recover and the living environment can be improved. It will promote the development of regional economy, as well as the regional value and charm.Recreational fishery development has a strong regional feature. At present, most of the researches are aimed at basic theories study of development patterns, problems and strategies to put forward the relatively broad development directions. There are less researches on the practical investigations and comparative study. Therefore, this dissertation has two mainly parts. One is based on the investigation in Shanghai Jinshan fishing village. Through the interview, get the information about the current situation of leisure tourism development, management status and the future development direction. Through the questionnaire to tourists, know about the status of the tourism in the fishing village and the tourist satisfaction of various factors, so as to find the problems of current recreational fishery developing and improving direction in fishing village. At the same time, this dissertation takes specific examples of Japanese fishing villages to analyze their tourism leisure businesses to summarize their experiences. Through the above analysis, put forward specific strategies for contents and directions of recreational fishery development in fishing village.This dissertation first introduces and reviews the basic concepts and theories on recreational fishery, customer satisfaction and intermediary as the basis and guidance of the research. Secondly, take the Shanghai Jinshan fishing village as an example of investigation, making interviews and questionnaire. Through interviews to the officials and managers of Jinshan Fishing Village Investment Management Ltd., know about the development of fishing villages and the main operating functions of fishing village company. Based on the questionnaire to tourists, using the Excel and SPSS statistical software to analyze survey data, understand the basic information of tourists. Through factor analysis, classified the tourists perception variables into six factors as "touring environment", " core resources", "infrastructure", " scenic spot setting", "reception" and "convenience". Calculate the mean and standard deviation of each satisfaction factor. Then, use regression analysis of each variables and the total satisfaction. As a result, there are nine variables, traffic convenience, service quality, kindness of local residents, environment condition, exhibition contents, scenic spot setting, feature of seafood restaurant, architectural features, culture and life experience, which significant influence on the total satisfaction. From the correlation analysis to know the degree of correlation among the perception index, total satisfaction, revisit intention and the recommendation intention. According to the quartile graph analysis, find the advantages and disadvantages of tourism development. The factors of scenic spot setting, experience and restaurant features are currently in need of improvement. In addition, this dissertation takes two Japanese fishing villages as examples to analyze their leisure experience. Summarize experiences of Japanese fishing villages from the department cooperation, resources using, talents cultivation and reconciling environment contradiction. And from the perspective of economic and social, analyze the values that the leisure experience brings for tourists, residents and region. Finally, based on the results of investigation in Jinshan fishing village and the experience of Japanese fishing villages, from the resource utilization, talent cultivation and operation management these three aspects to put forward the specific strategies for the recreational fishery development in Jinshan fishing village.
