Research On The Mechanism And Path Of Realizing Common Prosperity In Fishing Villages On Zhoushan Island

Common prosperity is an essential requirement of socialism with Chinese characteristics and an important feature of Chinese-style modernisation,and achieving common prosperity is the common expectation and fundamental interest of all people.The outline of the National 14 th Five-Year Plan has clearly proposed to support Zhejiang’s high-quality development to build a demonstration zone of common prosperity.The 20 th Party Congress also clearly put forward the realization of common prosperity for all people in a more important position.This thesis takes Zhoushan island fishing villages located in the eastern coastal area of Zhejiang Province as the regional research object,and analyzes the current situation of common prosperity in Zhoushan island fishing villages from multiple perspectives and finds out the shortcomings and weaknesses in the process of achieving common prosperity by studying the first-hand data obtained from some island fishing villages in Zhoushan City and the cases of common prosperity in Zhoushan island fishing villages collected from multiple channels in the past year.We propose the realization mechanism and paths and suggestions for the common prosperity of the fishing villages on Zhoushan Island.This thesis provides a basic reference for promoting the comprehensive realization of common prosperity in Zhoushan island fishing villages,and also provides a reference sample for other regions in China to move towards common prosperity.Specifically,this thesis contains five main parts: the first part is the introduction,which introduces the background and significance of the study,the current situation of domestic and foreign research,and the research ideas and methods;the second part defines the theories and connotations of common prosperity;the third part discusses the five historical stages of common prosperity in Zhoushan island fishing villages,as well as the current situation and the shortcomings and weaknesses in economic,political,ecological and social undertakings.Part IV and Part V propose mechanisms and path options for achieving common prosperity in Zhoushan island fishing villages on the basis of the current situation and shortcomings and weaknesses of common prosperity in Zhoushan island fishing villages summarized in the previous section.This study provides the following views: in the realization mechanism of common affluence in Zhoushan island fishing villages,it is necessary to strengthen the top-level design of common affluence policy in the island fishing villages,improve the mechanism of wealth distribution system guaranteeing common affluence and cultivate the endogenous motivation mechanism of common affluence in the island,so as to finally realize economic affluence,spiritual affluence,ecological livability and social harmony in the island fishing villages.As for the path of common affluence in Zhoushan island fishing villages,the path of promoting the industry of island fishing villages to bring wealth,the path of promoting the governance of island fishing villages to help wealth,the path of promoting the construction of high-level ecological civilization in island fishing villages and the path of promoting the development of livelihood and social undertakings in island fishing villages.
