| Under the background of economic globalization,talents are important resources for the development of enterprises.If enterprises want to give full play to the role of talents,they must establish a perfect talent development strategy,and give sufficient respect to talents,not only in the material incentive but also in the spirit of satisfaction.The spiritual level is the embodiment of personal value,while the material level needs to be reflected by a reasonable salary system.A reasonable salary system can promote the development of the enterprise,play an incentive role for employees,and let employees feel fair.It should also have the characteristics of timeliness and adaptability and dynamically adjust according to the actual development status of the enterprise and the working ability level of employees,to fully mobilize the enthusiasm of employees,give full play to their potential,and contribute to the development of the enterprise.In this paper,a questionnaire survey,interview,and data analysis methods were used to analyze SDGX Company to understand the development of the company.Meanwhile,we also logged in to relevant websites to inquire about the current situation of salary management and determined the organizational structure,strategic objectives,and subsequent development direction of the company.In the process of research,the problems in the implementation of the compensation system are summarized,and the main reason for the problems is the company’s compensation system.Unreasonable salary structure,unreasonable payment of performance pay,no compensation and welfare items,and too simple compensation incentive.The main reasons for these problems are as follows: the company’s management concept of compensation is backward,and the compensation system has not been formulated according to the development status of the enterprise,the staff’s working ability,and job evaluation,and the compensation system has not been implemented in place.Based on this,the author puts forward the corresponding improvement suggestions,improve the salary structure,salary and welfare,performance appraisal,and other aspects,and build a set of scientific salary system.This compensation system considers the development status of SDGX’s grassroots employees and the company’s strategic goals.The enterprise’s long-term development cannot be separated from the support of employees.Only by fully respecting employees can we mobilize their enthusiasm for work.The enterprise compensation system is an important carrier of fairness.Only a reasonable,scientific and fair salary system can attract employees.Based on this,the improvement of SDGX’s salary system has become the focus of the author’s research,and the application of a reasonable and scientific salary system can also help enterprises to cultivate core competitive advantages and achieve development strategic goals. |
