| Currently, the result of investigation has been found out that salary problem has become the important issue of the business enterprise management.This paper analyzed CF Factory performance appraisal and salary system situation, and redesign the system. In the performance appraisal there are many problems in appraisal index, appraisal period, job description and so on. For those problems it was made corresponding diagnosis and made a better plan for it. In the salary management system there are many problems such as in the lack of competitiveness, too many staff of management level, salary of unjust. It was analyzed in the paper and redesign it.To try to design a new system it is based on finding the problem, analyzing the problem and solving the problem. It is used the method of objective management in performance appraisal system; for salary system it is used scoring method. Specifically, in the performance appraisal system, the use of target management, the company’s overall strategic objectives down to every level, the use of balanced scorecard and key performance indicators and other assessment methods for different departments to design a different evaluation form, while focus on the design process for a new performance level employees understanding and participation in system design for the concrete implementation of the evaluation system to lay the foundation; in pay system design, the use of score representative of the enterprise to assess the job, the examination results and pay linked to play a good incentive.This paper pays attention to combine theory and practice, the goal is to set up a scientific, systemic salary system and to develop the HR function well. |
