In recent years,with the country’s attention to the TCM industry,the number of enterprises entering this field has gradually increased,and the competition of Chinese herbal medicine processing enterprises has become fierce,and many enterprises are facing a decline in sales and profits year by year.As the state strongly supports the development of agricultural informatization,the transformation of informatization strategy has become an opportunity for many Chinese herbal medicine production and processing enterprises to find new profit growth points in the new era.Therefore,many domestic Chinese herbal medicine enterprises to increase efforts to research and development of Chinese herbal medicine system software,software system research and development personnel as the core resources,play a very important role,is the key factor for the success of software system research and development.As the core of human resource management,performance appraisal system is one of the important means to help enterprises achieve strategic goals.Since the jobs of software system development personnel is different from other traditional jobs,the traditional performance appraisal system can no longer be applied to software system development personnel.How to evaluate the performance of software system development personnel is the primary problem faced by human resources departments of many traditional Chinese herbal medicine processing enterprises.B Pharmaceutical Company is a high-tech enterprise of Chinese herbal medicine with the cultivation and processing of Chinese herbal medicine,the formulation of Chinese herbal medicine standards and the development of Chinese herbal medicine software.This paper takes the software system R&D personnel of the research and development center of B Pharmaceutical Company as the research object.According to the relevant theories of performance appraisal,the existing performance appraisal system of B Pharmaceutical Company is studied by literature research,special interview,questionnaire and other research methods.Through the summary and analysis of the results of the interviews with the software researchers and questionnaires of the software system,the problems and the reasons of the performance assessment system mainly include the unreasonable setting of performance assessment indicators,the unscientific performance assessment results and the non-standard implementation of performance assessment.According to the causes of these problems,first develop the performance appraisal system design goals and principles,then selected for B pharmaceutical software system development personnel performance appraisal tools and by combing the software system researchers work content design the corresponding performance appraisal index and weight,and then to each evaluation index scoring standard design and reference to 360 degree performance evaluation method of evaluation results,and finally build the performance appraisal process.In order to ensure the smooth implementation of the optimized performance appraisal system and give full play to the maximum value of the performance appraisal system,four safeguard measures: establishing communication safeguard measures,strengthening performance appraisal training,comprehensive application of performance appraisal results and establishment of continuous improvement mechanism.This paper aims to help B Pharmaceutical Company to improve and optimize the performance appraisal system of the software system research and development personnel,and to reduce the failure of realizing the corporate strategic goals and the high turnover rate of personnel caused by the imperfect performance appraisal system.Improve the work enthusiasm and work satisfaction of the software system research and development personnel,help the employees to achieve self-growth,and help B Pharmaceutical company to achieve its strategic goals smoothly,and improve the core competitiveness of the enterprise.I hope to provide some reference and help in optimizing the performance appraisal system in other departments of B Pharmaceutical Company.
