Software enterprises are different from other enterprises,and their internal R&D personnel have high mobility desire.At the same time,due to the nature of work,the company's R&D personnel has the characteristics of independence,so the work process of measuring and monitoring software R&D personnel become difficult,which makes the industry personnel's working efficiency has not improved,led to the current software enterprises did not form a set of effective performance appraisal system.In addition,the achievements of R&D personnel are expressed through innovative ideas or creative thinking,which belongs to mental labor,so it is difficult to measure and evaluate their work by using ordinary performance appraisal methods.Based on this,this article from the nature of the work characteristics of software enterprises with the main object of assessment is employee job performance,with the strategic goal of the enterprise for reference,the use of 360 degree,objective management,key performance indicators and assessment methods,and to evaluate the specific standard,and according to the results of the evaluation are analyzed,and then guide employee behavior and in the method,motivate employees to maintain good working condition in the future work.Analysis of the industry characteristics of R&D personnel,and of software R&D personnel evaluation system,in order to be able to use the effective performance appraisal system to improve the efficiency of R&D personnel,to enable them to adopt a positive attitude to face work,improve the core competitiveness of enterprises fundamentally.This paper analyzed the characteristics of current software R&D personnel within the enterprise and its particularity,and combined with the questionnaire survey,analysis of the problems of enterprise internal performance appraisal and the outstanding issues,including management personnel lack of management knowledge and ability,ignoring their own situation,the blind introduction,performance appraisal,improper function the index set unreasonable,unreasonable problems of process.On the basis of these problems,this paper constructs a performance evaluation system for R&D personnel in software development enterprises,and puts forward the corresponding assessment methods,solutions and specific implementation steps.
