A Study On The Effectiveness Of Rural Intelligent Pension Service In Zhou Shan From The Ferspective Of Supply And Demand

In our country,with the deepening of population ageing and the increasing separation of the elderly and their children,old-age care has become a common problem in the development of our rural society,the demand for old-age services in rural areas has increased sharply.Intelligent service for the aged is an inevitable choice for the development of the cause of providing for the aged in rural areas.It is an inevitable demand to deal with the current situation of the population ageing in rural areas and an essential mode to realize the accurate demand for providing for the aged in rural areas.The study on the effectiveness of rural intelligent elderly care service in Zhoushan from the perspective of supply and demand is of great significance to the establishment of a reasonable and effective intelligent elderly care service system and the realization of high-quality rural intelligent elderly care service.Based on the theories of performance management and supply and demand matching,this thesis makes a comprehensive analysis of the supply and demand of intelligent elderly service in rural Zhoushan.By using the methods of literature analysis,questionnaire survey,qualitative and quantitative analysis,and combing the relevant literature and on-the-spot investigation of intelligent elderly care services,and taking into account the actual situation in rural Zhoushan,based on the evaluation criteria of “Input-Process-Result”and the research experience of related scholars,this thesis constructs an evaluation system of the effectiveness of intelligent pension service in rural Zhoushan,AHP is used to clarify the weight of each index,and a series of evaluation work is carried out based on the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.Through the comprehensive evaluation of the“Input-Process-Result”model,it is found that the elderly hold a positive attitude towards the evaluation of rural intelligent elderly care services,and the overall effectiveness is relatively high,zhoushan’s rural intelligent elderly care services have achieved some integration results.However,from the analysis of input,process and results,it is found that there is a large gap between the supply and demand of rural intelligent pension service in Zhoushan.In the service input,the increase of financial subsidy of financial input needs to be improved,and the human input is also in a state of relatively lack for a long time,the application rate of intelligent wearable devices is not high;in the service result,the result is not satisfactory compared with the investment and the process bottom,the satisfaction of day care services and humanistic care services was lower among the elderly.In order to deal with the deficiencies in the provision of intelligent elderly care services in rural Zhoushan,by drawing on the experience of the practice of the effectiveness of intelligent elderly care services at home and abroad and combining the reality of Zhoushan,it also puts forward suggestions on how to improve the effectiveness of intelligent elderly care services in rural Zhoushan,it is necessary to establish a mechanism for the sustainable growth and rational allocation of funds for intelligent old-age service,and to promote the professional and stable development of rural intelligent old-age service personnel,it is necessary to strengthen the ability of institutional support,promote the healthy development of intelligent service organization for the elderly,improve the convenience of intelligent products for the elderly,and enhance the application ability of hardware for the elderly,we should respect the individual differences of the rural elderly to improve the overall benefits of intelligent elderly care services,adjust the input of intelligent elderly care and improve the elderly satisfaction service needs.
