With the rapid development of China's economy and the fast improvement of the living standard of the masses,traveling out has become the mainstream choice after work,which makes the tourism life become more and more regular.In addition,the experience economy is the fourth stage of economic development,and its arrival has caused a strong worldwide response,Providing high quality experience for tourists is the ultimate goal of tourism operation and management,which determines that the experience service of tourism should be ahead of other industries.Nowadays,with the rapid development of science and technology,intelligent tourism under high technology has quietly entered the public view,and the integration of tourism and science and technology has become a new development direction of tourism.With the increasingly rich tourist experience,the traditional tour guide mode of tourist attractions has been unable to meet its personalized tour needs,tourists hope to get a good tour experience in the tour process,the tour process is more autonomous,liberalized,intelligent.In order to improve the tourist experience quality and promote the overall development of scenic spots Exhibition,breaking the traditional navigation mode to build an intelligent navigation system is an effective way to enhance the comprehensive competitiveness of tourist attractions.At present,intelligent navigation systemhas also become a hot spot intourism academia.The intelligent navigation system of scenic spots refers to the application program developed by tourist attractions to facilitate tourists to actively obtain tourism information through the use of intelligent electronic equipment,which is an important part of the intelligent construction of tourist attractions at present,and at the same time reflects the technological service innovation of tourism information construction.This paper selects the Meijiang scenic spot of Lianyuan City,Hunan Province as the research object,and discusses the construction of the intelligent navigation system based on WeChat in Meijiang scenic spot from the perspective of tourist demand.Firstly,it defines the concept of tourist attractions and intelligent navigation system,and combs the knowledge based on the theories of tourist experience,tourist satisfaction and tourist demand,which lays a theoretical foundation for the study of this paper Finally,according to the actual situation of Meijiang scenic spot,the paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions based on the construction of the intelligent navigation system based on WeChat,including the information frame,main line flow and the content of the guide Kano.Through this research,the author aims to provide some reference for the construction of intelligent navigation systemin tourist attractions.
