Research On Comprehensive Evaluation And Analysis Of The Realization Process Of Common Prosperity In Coastal Provinces And Cities Of My Country

China has built a moderately prosperous society in all respects and is moving towards building a modern socialist country with the goal of achieving common prosperity for all the people.The economic development level of the 11 eastern coastal provinces is relatively high.The central government proposes that the eastern coastal areas should take the lead in development and lead the central and western regions to achieve the goal of common prosperity faster.Promoting the process of realizing common prosperity in the 11 coastal provinces and cities is of great significance to accelerating my country’s construction of a modern socialist country.In order to comprehensively understand the realization process of common prosperity in 11 coastal provinces and cities,this paper constructs a comprehensive evaluation index system of common prosperity consisting of five first-class indicators,namely,economic development quality,spiritual and cultural construction,social and livelihood sharing,public service construction,and ecological environment constructionIn order to fully understand the realization process of the common prosperity of the11 coastal provinces and cities,evaluate their degree of realization,and analyze their influencing factors,this paper constructs a comprehensive evaluation index system of common prosperity consisting of five primary indicators,namely,the quality of economic development,spiritual and cultural construction,social and livelihood sharing,public service construction,and ecological environment construction.The entropy weight method is used for empowerment,using the comprehensive index method to measure and calculate the common prosperity of 11 coastal provinces and cities from 2016 to 2020,and comprehensively analyzing the coastal 11.The realization of common prosperity in the provinces clarifies the advantages and disadvantages of the coastal provinces in the process of realizing common prosperity,and draw the following conclusions:(1)On the whole: There are obvious differences in the realization of common prosperity in the 11 coastal provinces and cities in my country.The realization of common prosperity in Shanghai is relatively high,and the realization of common prosperity in Zhejiang,Tianjin,Jiangsu,Guangdong and Fujian is at a medium level,while the five provinces of Liaoning,Hainan,Shandong,Guangxi and Hebei are at a relatively low level of common prosperity.(2)From the perspective of each subsystem,the comprehensive score of the social and people’s livelihood sharing subsystem is relatively high,and the gap between provinces and cities is small;the ecological environment construction and economic development quality subsystems have large gaps among provinces and cities.The comprehensive score in the system is 1,while the comprehensive score of Tianjin and Hebei is less than 0.7;the comprehensive score of Shanghai in the economic development quality subsystem is higher than 0.9,while the comprehensive score of Guangxi and Hainan is less than 0.6;the spiritual culture construction and public service construction sub-system The score gaps among provinces and cities in the system are small but all are low.Among them,only Shanghai and Zhejiang exceed 0.7 in spiritual culture construction,and no provinces and cities in public service construction exceed 0.7.plate.(3)From the perspective of each subsystem in each province and city,Shanghai and Tianjin perform generally or relatively backward in terms of ecological environment construction;Jiangsu,Guangdong and Fujian perform generally or relatively backward in public service construction;Liaoning,Hainan and Shandong The performance of the three provinces in the five aspects is generally in the middle or relatively backward;the performance of Guangxi and Hebei is relatively backward in the five aspects;and the performance of Zhejiang is in the forefront in all aspects.(4)From 2016 to 2020,the changes in the process of achieving common prosperity in11 coastal provinces and cities show that each province and city has achieved certain development,and the realization process of ecological environment construction in subsystems is relatively fast,but the common one is the construction of public services The implementation process is relatively slow and needs to be accelerated.Also,prediction and analysis of the common prosperity trend of various provinces and cities.It is predicted that in 2025,the comprehensive index of the realization process of common prosperity in Zhejiang will exceed 0.9,and the comprehensive index of the realization process of common prosperity in Shanghai,Tianjin,Jiangsu,Fujian,and Guangdong will exceed 0.8.Hainan,Shandong,Liaoning,and Guangxi follow closely behind,with a composite index of more than 0.7 in the process of achieving common prosperity,and Hebei is the most backward in the process of realizing common prosperity,with a composite index close to 0.7.Based on the above conclusions,the restrictive factors in the process of achieving common prosperity in 11 coastal provinces and cities are analyzed,and the following suggestions are put forward: improve the social security system,promote the equalization of public service construction;vigorously develop the cultural industry,promote spiritual and cultural construction;strengthen investment in scientific and technological innovation,promote high-quality economic development;optimize the income distribution structure,promote social sharing of people’s livelihood;adhere to green development,and promote ecological environment construction.
