| Training is an important means to ensure the sustainable development of enterprises.In order to promote its core competitiveness,improve its management level and carry out scientific management,enterprises should make full use of this important means of training.It can play a great role in promoting productivity,improve the management ability of enterprises,and provide continuous power for the sustainable development of enterprises in the future.Railway is an important lifeline of transportation in China and also a state-owned enterprise.With the accelerated process of railway construction and the continuous deepening reform of enterprises,the operation management and human resources management of railway companies face new challenges.Under this background,how should the railway company analyze the training demand deeply and improve the training quality? How to evaluate the training quality scientifically,improve and perfect the training content and process;How to develop innovative training methods,comprehensively improve the quality and effectiveness of training,to achieve real effective training.The effective implementation and execution of training depends on the attitude of the middle and senior management of the enterprise.Their correct decision and cooperation degree directly affect the rise and fall of the enterprise.We should focus on and strengthen the training of the management to promote the good development of the enterprise.This paper introduces the relevant concepts and theories through three ways: questionnaire survey,interview and literature research,and research from three aspects.First,it analyzes the existing management training system for the management of AA Railway Group,the existing problems and the causes of the problems.First introduced the AA railway group,the current management status and the existing in the management training management system,and on this basis to use the two ways of interviews and questionnaire analyzed the problems existing in the current system,namely training needs blurred,defect of training system,insufficient training teachers’ qualification,training effect is poor,and analysis the reason in view of these questions,That is,the company does not pay attention to and analyze the actual needs of employees,lacks a scientific and reasonable training system,the human resources department does not fully implement and implement the training work,and the training evaluation mechanism is not perfect.The second is to put forward improvement measures for the existing problems in the management training system of AA Railway Group.Firstly,it puts forward the principles that should be followed in the improvement of the training system.Secondly,it puts forward the countermeasures for the improvement of the actual training needs,training systems and methods,internal training teachers and training effect evaluation.Finally,the paper puts forward four guarantee measures to ensure the smooth implementation and improvement of the management training system of AA Railway Group,namely,the practical implementation of the formulated training mechanism,the establishment and improvement of the training system,the continuous innovation of training methods,the optimization of teachers,and the improvement of training results.Through the research,it is concluded that this paper provides detailed research methods and theoretical content for analyzing the management training system of AA Railway Group,and provides concrete decision-making basis for improving the training system and enhancing the training effect.At the same time,it also provides improvement research and reference for the system of other domestic companies,and provides help for the formulation of long-term development strategy of enterprises. |
