In recent years,with the rapid development of market economy,the competition among commercial banks has become increasingly fierce.Corporate business is an important source of income for commercial banks.With the intensification of market competition,the traditional corporate business should shift from extensive to refined and professional operation,so as to realize the transformation and upgrading of corporate business and win customers in the commercial banking market.In the process of improving business quality,it is urgent to improve the ability and quality of public account managers.Therefore,it is of great significance to explore the team building and personnel training of corporate account managers in commercial banks.It is based on this background,this paper found that C bank H branch of the corporate account manager in the actual work team there are less than 5 years of new employees accounted for more,lack of staff work experience,work ability quality is not uniform,single training mode,the existing performance management can not better motivate employees and other issues.This paper takes the corporate account manager of H branch of C bank as the research object,explores the construction of the competency model of public account manager of H branch and gives application suggestions.Based on the current situation of the H branch of C bank to the corporate account manager,this paper analyzes the basic situation,personnel structure,job responsibilities,business characteristics and other characteristics of the corporate account manager,analyzes the problems existing in the corporate account manager,Then based on the study of H branch of the corporate account manager competency model,put forward to promote the development of corporate account manager building proposals.In the process of studying the competency model of corporate account managers,based on the theoretical model of competency and the theory of person-post matching,the literature research method,interview method and questionnaire survey method are used to summarize the competency literature of bank account managers and summarize the relevant competency characteristics.The interview outline of behavioral events was designed,and the subjects in the excellent performance group and the average performance group were interviewed.After the analysis of the interview results,the competency factors were initially extracted.According to the extracted competency factors,the competency characteristic questionnaire is compiled,and the questionnaire is distributed,data recovery,reliability and validity test,exploratory factor analysis,determine the competency factor dimension and index weight at all levels,and construct the competency model for public account managers.Finally,through the construction of competency model,the H branch of the corporate account manager talent management application recommendations.Based on the theory of competency model,this paper constructs a competency model structure suitable for H branch to corporate account manager,which has certain practical significance for the post development,personnel recruitment,training management and performance management,and also provides a strong reference for other banks to build public account manager posts.
