| According to the report to the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,an inclusive financial system should be built,and financial services should be enhanced for small and micro businesses,agriculture,rural areas,farmers and remote areas.The 2021 Government Work Report stressed the need to do a solid job in implementing the "six stability measures",fully implementing the tasks of the "six guarantees",and further solving the financing difficulties of small and micro enterprises.The report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China proposed that "we should focus on the real economy and further support the development of small and micro enterprises".C Bank actively implements the important directive spirit of the Central Committee of the CPC Central Committee and The State Council on the national strategy of inclusive finance,practices the responsibility of the state-owned bank,takes the initiative to connect with the new market situation and new changes,and solves the social difficulties and the pain points of people’s livelihood.In May 2018,C Bank took the lead in proposing the inclusive finance strategy for small and micro,mass entrepreneurship and innovation,poverty alleviation,agriculture-related and other inclusive finance groups in the industry.With the support of fintech,we will build an integrated,integrated and ecological service platform by aggregating the resources of the whole bank,solve the problems of difficult and expensive financing for small and micro enterprises.However,as the industry competes to promote inclusive finance,Bank C’s first-mover advantage is gradually caught up and even surpassed by the industry.By studying the inclusive finance business of DZ branch,this paper hopes to provide guidance for the development of inclusive business in the next step.DZ Branch is the secondary branch of C Bank.As one of the earliest financial institutions in DZ City,it focuses on the economic hot spots of DZ City and closely combines with the local actual situation.It strives for innovation and pioneering spirit to serve the economic development transformation,industrial upgrading and improvement of people’s livelihood in DZ City.The research object of this paper is the inclusive finance business of DZ Branch.By reading corporate strategic management theory and financial research literature,people understand the significance and development of inclusive finance..Based on the Porter’s Five Forces model and PEST analysis method of DZ Branch,this paper expounds the macro background required by the current development of inclusive business,studies the fierce competition in the banking industry from multiple angles and directions,builds the internal and external elements structure of inclusive finance based on questionnaire survey,and thus obtains a deep understanding of the core competitiveness brought by this value chain.In the development process of DZ branch,there may be advantages and obstacles in the implementation of inclusive business,thus predicting the substantive adverse impact and the opportunity for rapid development in the future.After weighing the advantages and disadvantages of three strategies,including differentiation,cost leadership and centralization,and speculating on their feasibility,a differentiated strategy development path suitable for the development of inclusive finance business is selected for DZ branch..Through differentiated transformation and upgrading of products,channels and services,it also puts forward safeguard measures such as optimizing organizational structure,improving assessment and evaluation,increasing resource allocation,strengthening team building,strengthening brand promotion and improving risk management and control.This paper hopes to provide reference for the development of inclusive business of DZ branch in the next step,and also to provide information support and decision-making reference for the selection of competitive strategy for inclusive business development of second-level branches of state-owned banks of the same type. |
