Research On Production Efficiency Improvement Of LNC Two-light Workshop

In recent years,the application fields of optical lenses have been further enriched,involving mobile Internet,Internet of Things and artificial intelligence.With the outbreak of the new crown pneumonia epidemic at the end of 2019,the positive trend of the optoelectronic industry has been broken,and the shadow of the new crown pneumonia epidemic has shrouded the entire manufacturing industry,and also intensified the vicious competition between optical lens processing and manufacturing enterprises.In this context,this study takes LNC as the research object,analyzes the obstacles hindering the improvement of production efficiency of LNC’s two-optical workshop,and puts forward an improvement strategy to improve the production efficiency of the two-optical workshop,so as to promote the sustainable development of the company’s later operation.This paper takes the actual internal situation of LNC as the research object,takes production efficiency,action economy principle,industrial engineering,lean production,etc.as the theoretical basis,and uses fishbone diagram to analyze the factors affecting the production efficiency of LNC’s two-optical workshop from six aspects:personnel,machinery,materials,methods,environment and testing.According to different influencing factors,corresponding improvement measures are proposed:1)based on the supply chain management system,a sound supplier management system is formulated;2)Based on the human resources recruitment training module,combined with the existing resources of the enterprise,expand the recruitment strength;3)Reasonably simplify unnecessary redundant actions based on the principle of action economy;4)Based on the layout of workshop equipment,improve the inefficient operation rate of workshop equipment by changing the production planning mode.In order to ensure the overall process of the improvement strategy,three aspects of safeguards are proposed for each improvement point,including organizational safeguards,platform safeguards and process safeguards.This study draws on the research results of manufacturing enterprises in other industries to improve production efficiency,systematically analyzes the different influencing factors such as raw material arrival period,personnel,equipment utilization rate and other factors of LNC two-optical workshop,puts forward corresponding improvement strategies and safeguard measures,and finally improves the production efficiency of LNC two-optical workshop,and analyzes the relevant factors affecting lens cold processing efficiency from the perspective of production efficiency,which enriches the input-output theory of lens cold processing plant in optoelectronic industry.
