| At present,China is moving from a large manufacturing country to a powerful intelligent manufacturing country,from a high energy consumption and extensive production mode to a refined and intelligent production mode."Accelerating digital development and building a digital China" has become an important part of the "Fourteenth Five Year Plan" and the Outline of the Vision Goals for 2035.The epidemic has made people realize the value of digitization.Digital industrialization and industrial digitization are becoming the general trend.In order to improve business resilience,improve efficiency and achieve sustainable development,enterprises must first practice their internal skills and build the foundation of lean management.The molded case circuit breakers produced by Schneider Beijing Electric Appliance Company are widely used in industry,agriculture,transportation,national defense and people’s electricity departments.With the economic recovery after the epidemic,the beginning of the "Fourteenth Five Year Plan","double carbon",digitization and other major trends,China’s real estate,industry,power grid,infrastructure,etc.have shown a strong growth trend,the market situation of molded case circuit breakers is very good.The technology of molded case circuit breakers has entered a new stage of development,and customers’ requirements for the comprehensive performance of products have been constantly improved.In addition,the competition in the industry is fierce,and the product homogeneity is serious.Many enterprises have been eliminated due to problems such as quality,service,management,and backward technology.Only by improving the level of lean production,quickly adapting to the changing needs of customers,and improving production efficiency and product quality,can enterprises remain invincible in the market for a long time.This paper analyzes the NSX C1 production line of Schneider Beijing Electric Appliance Co.,Ltd.with the tools related to lean production,and finds that there are problems such as too high inventory of WIP,too low balance rate of the production line,too low operation efficiency,and too low product qualification rate.By eliminating the actions,steps and processes that do not add value,the problem of low balance rate of the production line is improved.The operation efficiency is improved by optimizing the production process,5S management,full staff productivity maintenance,and material distribution design.Through 8D technology,the cause of low product qualification rate was analyzed,and error proofing facilities were introduced to solve the problem of low product qualification rate.Finally,the balance rate of the production line was raised from 78% to 86%,the production efficiency was raised from 75% to 85%,and the product qualification rate was raised from 80% to 98%.The improvement effect was obvious.This paper selects the molded case circuit breaker production line of Schneider Beijing Electric Appliance Company as the research object,analyzes the production status and industry characteristics of the enterprise,and uses the lean production theory to improve the balance rate of the production line,improve the work efficiency and product qualification rate.This paper can provide reference for the improvement of production lines in other manufacturing industries. |
