With the gradually opening up the international market, private enterprises in our country requires not only in domestic competition, must enter the international arena and the world of enterprise competition, and therefore our company entered a server competitive period. Under this background, how to improve the soft and hard power of private enterprises in our country is a top priority. This paper focuses on research of lean production is the one of the soft power of the enterprise, for enterprise operation, is nothing more than delivery, quality, cost activities, however, in carrying out various activities in the process also involves man, machine, material, method, environment five element. So lean production in practice must be overall considerations for the entire system, if we only pay attention to part of the operation, and the implementation of lean production will fall by the wayside. However, in the process of implementing lean production, it is to distinguish between primary and secondary.In the process of lean production, we are divided into two parts, the first part is the basic part, is the company’s system construction, the internal responsibility, right, benefit and related work procedure and key performance of the work assessment, which is based on ISO9001 quality management system. Another tool is 5S promotion, so that each employee will be following 5S as a daily behavior standard. The second part is the branches, for enterprises is the application of lean tools and practice. In the course of the enterprise’s practice, we use the cycle time, labor efficiency, overall equipment efficiency(OEE), value stream analysis, line balancing concept, balancing production, standardization, etc.In the process of the application of these tools, some new schemes are also proposed. The main innovation points are how to measure the cycle time accurately. In order to make the cycle time more scientific and accurate, we use the action decomposition method, the movement of each action are decomposed to the minimum, so we can calculate the standard time of each movement.In the implementation of lean production process, we have to mention is the company’s assessment system, the first is the staff performance pay and employee productivity directly linked, very effective increase the enthusiasm of employees. Secondly, for the quality, discipline and 5S score, give employees a score file. At the end of the year for corresponding appraised and bottom out.In the research of balancing production, because customers for many varieties of small quantities of product demand, we are based on the minimum daily requirements of customers to arrange production plan, the establishment of capacity constraint function11/n i i i d p ??? means that all customers need to be less than the minimum daily requirements of the company’s existing production capacity. If occur over load, can take the form of outsourcing or overtime.In the process of the study of efficiency, this paper using the lobar efficiency and the overall equipment efficiency to study the production efficiency of the company. In the course of the study of the lobar efficiency, we use Movement Decomposition method to calculate the cycle time, so the accuracy of cycle time is greatly increased, and also makes the calculation more scientific. However, the company’s staff efficiency and employee performance pay directly linked, so the enthusiasm of the staff greatly improved.So in the overall and the gradual expansion of lean production promotion mode, through half a year effort, we achieved remarkable achievements.
