Abstract/Summary:
In 2022,the Government Work Report proposed:’Actively respond to the aging population, optimize the supply of elderly care services in urban and rural areas, and promote the high-quality development of aging causes and industries.’ Data shows that China is facing increasingly severe aging issues in recent years. In many industries, there is a "replacement gap" between old and new workers, which means that the productivity of the old generation is about to leave the Labour force, while the workforce of the young and middle-aged cannot remain. This is a serious constraint on the growth of enterprises. In today’s manufacturing industry in the rapid growth of capacity, whether located in southwest Chongqing or coastal developed cities, there is a large grassroots labor turnover rate and high turnover rate of productive employees, which not only directly raises the labor cost of enterprises, but also affects the normal production and operation of enterprises. Therefore, the contradiction between the rapid development of manufacturing enterprises and the difficulty of employment has become increasingly prominent. It is particularly important to find and solve the turnover problem of production worker for the development of manufacturing industry. For this reason,we chose the HX Company,a manufacturing company located in Nanan District of Chongqing,as the research object. The research results of this paper is helpful for the HX company to alleviate the high turnover rate of current production worker.Bring thoughts and enlightenment to the future human resource management work, and provide solutions and reference methods when facing the loss of other technical positions, management positions, core employees and other personnel.
