In the book "Made in China 2025",the author is proposed that the manufacturing industry is the foundation of a nation,a tool for rejuvenationg the country,and a foundation for strengthening the country.Due to the success of China's manufacturing industry,China has won the reputation of "World Factory" in the world.Grassroots workers in manufacturing are the cornerstones of manufacturing."Millions of tall buildings rise flatly",the glory of China's manufacturing industry is inseparable from the hard work of hundreds of millions of Chinese grassroots workers.In the 1990 s,China's manufacturing industry was booming and staffed.With the development of the times,the negative impact of the manufacturing industry due to the loss of grassroots workers is growing.First of all,China's manufacturing industry is "big but not strong".The quality of grassroots workers is generally low,core technology is lacking,and labor efficiency is relatively low.Second,since 2010,China's population has accelerated to age and labor dividends are no longer there.Again,the proposrtion of people engaged in manufacturing has been declining rapidly.The younger generation,unlike their parents,is no longer willing to engage in repetitive,fluid boring and tedious tasks in manufacturing.Various factors have led to a growing gap of grassroots workers in the manufacturing industry in the future.The retaining of existing grassroots workers,and reducing the turnover rate of grassroots workers will deeply impact the sustainable development of enterprises.This article takes the manufacturing company A as the research object,based on the relevant theories of human resources,on the basis of exploring the current situation of the manufacturing industry,using sociology,organizational behavior,psychology and other professional knowledge to the loss of the company's grassroots workers reasons for research.Specifically,this article first summarizes and organizeds the background of the domestic and foreign manufacturing,the structure of company A's personnel,and the characteristics of company A's grassroots workers;second,analyzes the current situation and reason of the loss of grassroots workers in company A;finally,regarding the loss of grassroots worker in company A,it proposes corresponding countermeasures from external,internal of company,and employees themselves.The research on this subject is in line with the general predicament faced by China's manufacturing industry at present,and it conforms to the development requirements of the times,and has certain practical guiding significance.
