| With the extension of life expectancy and the miniaturization of family structure, our country is facing challenges such as the increasing number of disabled and mentally disabled elderly, the weakening of the nursing role of the traditional family for the elderly and the difficulty of the ordinary family to bear the risk of elderly care.To actively address these challenges,China began exploring long-term care insurance in2016,encouraging pilot cities to roll out long-term care insurance policies with local characteristics. The Twenty report explicitly calls for the establishment of long-term care insurance, and also calls for the establishment of a sustainable social security system. Therefore,it is particularly important to promote the sustainable development of long-term care insurance policies. At present, many domestic scholars have studied long-term care insurance policies, but few from the perspective of sustainable development theory.Based on this, this paper takes the sustainable development theory as the perspective, according to the data provided by content analysis method, analyzes the content of long-term care insurance policies in pilot cities from three dimensions of fairness, sustainability and commonality.Further analyzes the insufficiency of the content of the long-term nursing insurance policy in pilot cities, and learning from the foreign experience of the long-term nursing insurance policy, proposes the sustainable development strategy of our country’s long-term nursing insurance policy. |
