Abstract/Summary:
As an important field of China’s economic development,high-end equipment manufacturing industry has very important strategic value for driving China’s industrial transformation and upgrading and achieving high-quality economic development.With the deepening of economic globalization,China’s high-end equipment manufacturing industry is facing a complex and changeable internal and external environment.On the one hand,the continuous economic growth and the deepening of poverty alleviation policies have made China’s internal demand change to high-end and privatization;on the other hand,in the current international environment,Sino-US trade frictions continue to intensify,international protectionism,isolationism and anti-globalization are on the rise,and the division of labor in the global value chain is slowing down or even stopping.It is no longer applicable to drive the high-quality development of China’s high-end equipment manufacturing industry through external circulation.The new development pattern of dual circulation provides a platform for the transformation and upgrading of China’s high-end equipment manufacturing industry and high-quality economic development.Under the background of dual circulation,the high-end equipment manufacturing industry at the low end of the global value chain is constantly moving towards the middle and high end of the global value chain,and actively constructing the national value chain,so as to realize the further rise of the global value chain of the high-end equipment manufacturing industry.Therefore,it is an important issue to reveal the double chain collaborative development mechanism of China’s high-end equipment manufacturing industry under the background of dual circulation and build the double chain collaborative development mechanism of China’s high-end equipment manufacturing industry under the background of dual circulation.Based on the analysis of the related concepts of the double chain collaborative development mechanism of China’s high-end equipment manufacturing industry under the background of dual circulation,this paper reveals the double chain collaborative development mechanism,and uses the grounded theory to identify the key elements of the double chain collaborative development.Based on this,the double chain collaborative development mechanism based on the double chain collaborative development dynamic mechanism,double chain collaborative development realization mechanism and double chain collaborative development control mechanism is proposed.Secondly,from the perspective of double chain “why”collaborative development,a double chain collaborative development dynamic mechanism including a double chain collaborative development dynamic mechanism and a double chain collaborative development dynamic transmission mechanism is designed.Again,from the perspective of double chain “how” collaborative development,design the realization mechanism of double chain collaborative development including double chain collaborative development strategy coordination mechanism,double chain collaborative development resource integration mechanism and double chain collaborative development risk management mechanism.Then,from the perspective of “how” double chain collaborative development better,a double chain collaborative development control mechanism including a double chain collaborative development evaluation mechanism and a double chain collaborative development feedback mechanism is designed.Finally,the corresponding guarantee strategies are designed for the dynamic mechanism,the realization mechanism and the control mechanism of the double chain collaborative development.
