| The Dual-cycle Development Pattern: first,based on the needs of the domestic market to meet the consumption needs of the domestic people in the new era;second,actively opening up to the outside world to further integrate into the international cycle.The high quality development of manufacturing industry is the inevitable choice to participate in international competition and industrial upgrading,and is the key to realize the strategy of national industrial power.We will implement the strategy of making China stronger in industry and manufacturing,accelerate the transformation of industrial modernization,and further promote the transformation of the manufacturing industry into a high-quality one.This is the key content emphasized in the program of the 14 th Five-Year Plan and the report of the 20 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China.It is the direction of the future development of the manufacturing industry.As a big province of economy and manufacturing,the development of manufacturing industry in Jiangsu Province is directly related to the economic situation of the whole country.At present,there are abundant researches on the high quality development of manufacturing industry,but there are few researches related to the double cycle development pattern,especially at the urban level.Therefore,the study of the influence of the double cycle development is conducive to the transformation of the manufacturing industry to high quality,and has enriched the research on the high quality development of regional manufacturing industry from both theoretical and empirical aspects.This study takes the manufacturing industry in 13 cities of Jiangsu Province as the research object,analyzes the transmission mechanism of the double cycle development,and then explores the high-quality development path of the manufacturing industry in Jiangsu under the Dual-cycle Development pattern,and provides a path reference for the high-quality development of the manufacturing industry in other regions of China.First of all,this paper reviews the literature related to the Dual-cycle Development upgrading and transformation of manufacturing industry,and high-quality development.Then the economic development status,industrial structure level,technological R&D investment and green development status of Jiangsu region are analyzed.Then,from the five dimensions of economic benefit,industrial structure,technological innovation,intelligent development and green development,a comprehensive evaluation system is constructed,and the entropy method is used to measure the high quality development level of manufacturing industry,to analyze and evaluate the high quality development level of manufacturing industry in different regions of Jiangsu.By measuring the high quality development of the manufacturing industry and the development level of the double cycle pattern,this paper compared and analyzed the high quality development level of the manufacturing industry in Jiangsu Province,and further established the double fixed effect model to analyze the path of the double cycle development affecting the high quality development of the manufacturing industry.The results show that the double cycle development is conducive to the high quality development of manufacturing industry;Industrial agglomeration,industry barriers and financial development level promote the high quality development of manufacturing industry to a certain extent,while the current environmental regulation policies and green technology development inhibit the high quality development of manufacturing industry to a certain extent.Combined with the research conclusions,under the background of double cycle,the development path of the internally-oriented economy based on the domestic large cycle is proposed to promote the high-quality development of the manufacturing industry.We will facilitate international circulation at a more open level and explore ways to shift the manufacturing industry chain to the high-end. |
