Research On The Construction And Synergy Mechanism Of Domestic And International Innovation Network Of Chinese Enterprises Under The Dual Circulation Pattern

Building a new pattern of dual circulation development is a major strategic plan for China to respond to century-old changes and realize innovation-driven economic development.Enterprises are the micro-subject of economic circular development and the important implementer of innovation activities.The construction of a new dual circulation development pattern and the improvement of national innovation capacity cannot be separated from the deep participation of enterprises.Chinese enterprises coordinate domestic and international innovation resources by constructing innovation network,which plays an important role in improving China’s innovation ability and promoting the circulation of innovation resources at home and abroad.Under the background of double circulation,this paper aims to explore how Chinese enterprises build domestic and international innovation networks at the same time,and coordinate domestic and international innovation resources,so as to improve enterprises’ innovation ability and smooth the domestic and international double circulation.Based on the dual perspectives of social network theory and resource-based theory,this paper adopts an exploratory multi-case study approach to investigate the mechanisms of domestic and international innovation network construction and synergy among Chinese enterprises based on a systematic review of the literature related to the new development pattern of the dual cycle and enterprise innovation networks,taking four typical multinational enterprises,namely Geely,Huawei,Haier and Lenovo,as research objects.It is found that:(1)the innovation network construction mechanism of Chinese enterprises includes three important stages: innovation source identification,innovation chain construction,and innovation network formation.In the stage of innovation source identification,enterprises identify the role and function of innovation sources;in the stage of innovation chain construction,enterprises establish links with innovation sources,forming "enterprise-internal R&D center","enterprise-enterprise In the stage of innovation chain construction,enterprises establish links with innovation sources,forming innovation chains such as "enterprise-internal R&D center","enterprise-enterprise","enterprise-university and research institutions" and"enterprise-government".In the formation stage of innovation network,enterprise innovation network goes through "budding stage","growth stage" and "maturity stage".(2)The synergy of domestic and international innovation networks of Chinese enterprises includes the synergy of talent resources,technology resources and information resources.Through the three dimensions of "information penetration-information coupling-information overflow",enterprises can collaborate with domestic and international innovation networks to make innovation resources circulate efficiently in the network.On this basis,this paper establishes a theoretical model for the construction and synergistic mechanism of domestic and international innovation networks of Chinese enterprises in the context of double-circulation.The theoretical contribution of this paper is to explore the mechanism of domestic and international innovation network construction and synergy of Chinese enterprises from the perspective of social network and resource base view,and to provide a new perspective to explain the construction and synergy of enterprise innovation network.Second,it reveals the dynamic evolutionary process of domestic and international innovation network construction of Chinese enterprises and identifies three stages of innovation network construction of multinational enterprises.In terms of practical significance,this paper has implications for how Chinese enterprises can build and synergize domestic and international innovation networks in the pattern of the dual circulation,promote the circulation of domestic and international innovation resources,enhance domestic innovation capabilities,and smooth the dual circulation of domestic and international innovation.
