| Manufacturing industry is the main body of the real economy and the lifeline of the national economy.Promoting high-quality development of the manufacturing industry is not only an endogenous requirement for the successful realization of the“Made in China 2025” initiative,but also the key to China’s high-quality economic development.Under the influence of the COVID-19 epidemic,China’s manufacturing industry has been increasingly impacted at home and abroad.It is imperative to improve the quality and efficiency of the manufacturing industry.The Standing Committee of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee proposed “building a new development pattern in which both domestic and international cycles promote each other”,which has realistic urgency for China to cope with the severe changes in the situation.Historical practice has proved that high-quality development cannot be achieved without innovation.If our manufacturing industry wants to achieve sustainable development fundamentally,it not only needs to rely on the market advantages brought by the new development pattern,but also needs to meet the needs of flexible production and flexible activation in the era of digital economy,so as to achieve the real sustainable and high-quality development.Based on this,this paper takes domestic provinces as the research object and follows the research design of “theoretical analysis-measure of variable-empirical tests-countermeasures and suggestions” to analyze the influence of digital innovation on the high-quality development of manufacturing industry under the new dual circulation development pattern.First of all,through the systematic review of previous studies on digital innovation,dual circulation and high-quality development of manufacturing industry,the connotation of digital innovation,dual circulation and high-quality development of manufacturing industry is clearly defined,the relationship between the three is analyzed theoretically,the theoretical model is built,and the research hypothesis is put forward.Secondly,the evaluation index system of digital innovation and high-quality development of manufacturing industry is established,and the digital innovation and high-quality development of manufacturing industry are measured,and analyzed the digital innovation and high-quality development of manufacturing industry from the perspective of time trend and regional differences.On this basis,panel regression was used to test the relationship between the three,and to explore the heterogeneity of different regions.Finally,based on the empirical results,this paper puts forward some targeted policy suggestions to accelerate the high-quality development of our manufacturing industry.This study reveals the influence mechanism of digital innovation on the highquality development of manufacturing industry under the new dual circulation development pattern,and explores the action mechanism of domestic circulation and international circulation,aiming to provide theoretical and practical guidance for manufacturing industry to grasp the opportunities brought by the new development pattern and improve the digital innovation ability to achieve high-quality development.In order to promote digital innovation,accelerate the construction of new development pattern,and promote the high-quality development of manufacturing industry,it is urgent for our country to solve the current technical barriers,market development shortage and other problems,it has strong theoretical value and practical significance. |
