Research On The Development Strategy Of LF Company

With the continuous promotion of the national rural revitalization strategy,agriculture and rural areas have been vigorously developed.Against the backdrop of the country’s deepening of agricultural supply side structural reform and accelerating the cultivation of new driving forces for agricultural and rural development,agriculture has also been given a new mission to undertake the heavy responsibility of promoting the transformation of agriculture from traditional industries to high-quality and efficient industries,and accelerating the modernization of rural development.In this process,a large number of agricultural leading enterprises have emerged,shouldering the mission of revitalizing rural areas.Through the layout of agricultural products,they have promoted the development of rural agriculture and made significant contributions to enhancing rural vitality and revitalizing rural image.This article is based on strategic management theory and other related theories,with LF Company as the research object.Firstly,a series of tools such as PEST analysis,Porter’s "Five Forces" model,and external and internal factor analysis are used to comprehensively analyze the internal and external environment of LF Company’s operations.The influencing and favorable factors in the company’s business development are summarized;Secondly,the SWOT matrix,QSPM quantitative strategic planning matrix,and value chain analysis were used to analyze and study the relevant business data and financial statements of LF Company.After demonstration and analysis,it was ultimately concluded that the concentric diversification development strategy is suitable for the development requirements of LF Company;Then,based on the actual operating status of the company,formulate an implementation plan for the company’s development strategy;Finally,in order to ensure the achievement of the company’s development strategic goals and plans,security measures are formulated from six aspects:enterprise resource allocation,enterprise technological innovation,human resources,operation management,enterprise culture,and company informatization.Through the implementation of development strategies,it is expected to significantly improve the strategic management level of LF Company,which has important strategic significance for the company’s future sustainable development;At the same time,the research process and conclusions of this article also have certain reference significance for the development strategy formulation and selection of other companies in the same industry.
