| Since the reform and opening up,China’s foundry enterprises have developed and expanded rapidly by virtue of the advantages of national policies,production factors and demographic dividends.Founded in 1978,T Company is a manufacturing enterprise with R&D focus on high precision plastic products and molds grown up in this wave.The company mainly produce high precision plastic parts of consumer electronic products at the beginning.With the accumulation of technology and management experience and large-scale expansion,T Company has opened a road of concentric and diversified development,and its business scope involves mobile phones,notebooks,smart home appliances,automobiles,sports goods,homes furnishing products and health care fields.This paper takes T Company as the research object and combines strategy and concentric diversification related theories to study the effect and optimization of T company’s implementation of concentric diversification strategy.The first chapter of this paper introduces the background of concentric diversity topic selected,research content,framework,research method and technical route.The second chapter relates the literature review related to concentric diversification and the theoretical basis involved in this paper.The third chapter analyzes T Company’s profile,internal and external environment,competitive advantages and T Company’s concentric diversification history through PEST analysis,Porter’s five forces analysis,value chain analysis and enterprise competitiveness analysis.Chapter four combines the four dimensions of balanced scorecard and uses financial analysis and questionnaires method to evaluate the effect of T company’s implementation of concentric diversification strategy and summarize the problems in the implementation of concentric diversification strategy.Chapter five analyzes the causes of the implementation problems of T company’s concentric diversification strategy and makes suggestions for optimization.Chapter six proposes the guarantee measures for the implementation of the concentric diversification strategy of T Company.Chapter seven concludes the paper and provides an outlook.Through the evaluation of T Company’s implementation effect of concentric diversification strategy and the suggestions of optimization,this thesis has reference significance for similar enterprises to evaluate and optimize the implementation effect of concentric diversity strategy,and has certain guiding significance for improving the core competitiveness of manufacturing enterprises and carrying out diversified business development. |
