Research On The Development Strategy Of Jiangxi Modern Education Company

This paper, based on the study of Jiangxi Modern Education Company, is aimed at comprehensively relocating the development strategies and proposing specific strategy implement opinions and suggestions through the in-depth analysis into its historic background and development status. Additionally, it also proposes to play a role in the company strategy researching and development of the Adult Continuing Education by analyzing the example of Jiangxi Modern Education Company.This paper illustrates from the following aspects:Firstly, according to the history and current status of the company’s operations in Jiangxi modern education, the in-depth discussion of internal resources analysis can conclude that the company’s unique merits, problems and barriers throughout the operation process.Secondly, through comprehensive analysis and comparison of the PEST and Michael Porter’s Five Forces Model, this paper demonstrates the external environment and industry structure status of the Jiangxi Modern Education Company including its position, merits and demerits as well.Thirdly, using Porter’s SWOT matrix to compare an organisation’s external condition with internal factors could help the entity to set its strategic goal scientifically. Then, in light of the capability of the company and the relevant strategic management theories, education in Jiangxi could find its own strategic position within the market.Fourthly, a suitable plan for strategy execution could be made based on the essence of the corporate strategy within Jiangxi Modern Education Company. Such plan could optimize the organization structure, adjust the marketing strategy, enhance the teaching and researching ability including the brand building, core team building and so on. This paper also proposes some proper suggestion on the strategy operation control.By using the research method combining the strategy management theory and the current resource situation of the Jiangxi Modern Education Company, the main purpose of this paper is to explore and establish a strategy development management mode which can conduct Jiangxi Modern Education Company to transfer strategy properly. In addition, it targets at bringing positive meaning to the whole adult continue education institution in Jiangxi and even the country.
