At present,China’s economic development has entered a new normal,and most private enterprises are also facing the problem of transformation and upgrading.However,due to the factors such as small size,lack of professional managers and irregular internal management,many small and medium-sized private enterprises do not have perfect development strategies,which restricts the long-term healthy development of enterprises,and also restricts the social function of private enterprises.Liaoning CM Electronic Engineering Co.,Ltd.was founded in May 2011,is a new high-tech private enterprise with independent legal personality.The company has 62 employees,and its technical ability has reached the advanced level of the industry.It has established good partnership with many international well-known brands in the industry.After experiencing a rapid development period,the company has entered a bottleneck:facing heavy social security pressure,narrow business scope,unstable business income,and fierce industry competition makes Liaoning CM Electronics Engineering Co.,Ltd.more serious problems.In order to help Liaoning CM Electronics Engineering Co.,Ltd.to establish a scientific development strategy,this study has mainly done the following aspects.Firstly,the related theories and analysis methods of enterprise strategic management are sorted out.This paper mainly introduces the concepts of strategy,enterprise strategy,development strategy and competitive strategy,PEST analysis,Porter’s Five Forces Model and SWOT analysis.Second,the strategic environment of Liaoning CM Electronic Engineering Co.,Ltd.is analyzed.The external environment of the company is analyzed from four aspects:policy and legal environment,economic environment,social and cultural environment and technological environment;the internal environment of the company is analyzed from four aspects:business status,corporate culture,technological level and financial situation;and the strategic environment of the company is comprehensively analyzed by SWOT analysis method.Third,the development strategy formulation and selection of Liaoning CM Electronic Engineering Co.,Ltd.Starting from the mission and vision of the company,the overall development strategy of the company,namely WO strategy,is determined.Fourth,Liaoning CM Electronics Engineering Co.,Ltd.development strategy implementation guarantee.Emphasis is laid on the implementation of the company’s strategy from three aspects:security management,culture and organizational system,and human resources.Through these measures,the feasibility and effectiveness of the development strategy can be ensured.
