| With the continuous development of the manufacturing industry,intelligent manufacturing is gradually rising and popularized,while facing a lot of opportunities,enterprises in the industry are also facing more and more fierce competition,if they want to seize opportunities and seek development in the fierce competition,they must find out the direction and method of efforts in the future,so implementing strategic management has become an inevitable choice for enterprises.Strategic management is the fundamental guarantee for enterprises to continuously obtain competitive advantages in the complex and changeable business environment,it is an effective way for enterprises to allocate resources,coordinate business activities,improve management system and build core competitiveness.This paper takes the development strategy of K Company’s intelligent manufacturing business as the research object,combines its development status,uses strategic management theory and methods,and on the basis of analysis and research,provides scientific basis for K Company’s operation and management,and puts forward the development strategy of the company’s intelligent manufacturing business,and offers measures and suggestions to achieve the strategic objectives.This paper uses PEST strategic analysis tool to analyze the external macro environment of the company,studies the intelligent manufacturing industry through Porter’s Five Forces Model,evaluates the internal conditions of the enterprise,and uses SWOT analysis method to analyze the internal and external factors of K Company based on the analysis of the external environment,industry environment and internal conditions,so as to clarify the opportunities and threats faced by the enterprise,and recognize the advantages and disadvantages of the enterprise itself.This paper defines the strategic objectives of K Company’s intelligent manufacturing business,puts forward the company’s strategic choices,and puts forward specific measures for the implementation of the strategy from the aspects of marketing,technology research and human resource management.This paper believes that K Company has certain advantages in some businesses related to intelligent manufacturing,and should seize the great opportunity given by the times,rely on its advantages,implement the characteristic development strategy,and take the characteristic development road based on its core technology and products.On the basis of characteristic development,K Company should continue to eliminate internal unfavorable conditions,avoid risks,make up for weaknesses,make up for deficiencies in marketing and technology accumulation of some products,quickly establish market expansion channels outside the province,solve the problem of talents in the short term,ensure that product development,technology upgrading and product service will not be affected by human resources problems,and constantly deepen enterprise management and enterprise culture cultivation,and finally realize the rapid growth of the company’s intelligent manufacturing business. |
