A Study On The Virtual Management Of Building Intelligent SI

The thesis analyses the situation of building intelligent developing and existent problem, apply virtual management theories & principle and experience from other industries practice and combine the building intelligent characteristic to find out the counter measure and implementation approach under the national law & regulation to help the building intelligent corporation to overcome itself resource shortage and utilize external resource to strengthen competitive advantage.The author studies one case and finds scientificity and rationality of integration virtual management through analysis of its operation & effect and verification of relating literature & theories.This thesis expatiates that some SI implement some methods and considering proceeding of integration virtual management.This thesis includes eight chapters:First chapter introduces building intelligent SI, virtual operation and research contents;Second chapter analyses the process of building intelligent project operation and constructing model, gets the conclusion that virtual management is one important model of SI development, meantime, virtual management must keep to national law andregulation of relating building enterprise management; Third chapter analyses core competing competence, which is precondition and target of SI virtual management as per the theory of enterprise value chain and reorganization;Fourth chapter applying value chain theory analyses the issue of enterprise strategic alliance on SI virtual management;Fifth chapter applying value chain theory analyses the problem of SI business outsourcing and SI virtual management, bring out specialization outsourcing is a important SI business outsourcing form and SI business outsourcing should obey national relative policy or regulation;Sixth chapter introduces the building of SI learning organization and SI virtual management problem;Seventh chapter further verify the scientificity and rationality of the previous six chapters discussing viewpoint as per the enterprise adapt operation method and final result;Eighth chapter summarizes this thesis and bring out the detail operation mode of virtual management which adapted SI at present.
