| China’s economy has entered a stage of rapid development,which not only brings unlimited development space to Chinese domestic enterprises,but also creates a precious opportunity for major multinational companies to invest in China.In order to better attract foreign business,the Chinese government has continuously issued preferential policies,established the largest business process outsourcing base in Dalian,and recruited a large number of international BPO giants to invest and operate.However,there must be risks behind the opportunity.Because the rapid development of domestic BPO industry,resulting in more and more fierce competition in the industry,especially in the BPO industry talent competition is particularly serious,aggravating employee mobility continues to increase,employee turnover has become an important factor hindering its normal development,so how to solve the crisis caused by employee turnover has become an urgent problem for many BPO enterprises to solve.IM Company is the first batch multinational BPO enterprises in China,and IM(Dalian)is the branch of IM Company established in Dalian,which owns nearly 10,000 thousand staffs.However,with the continuous expansion of employee size,the human resources management problems of IM(Dalian)have begun to be exposed gradually,and the employee attrition rate rising.Therefore,this paper takes the domestic BPO enterprises as the research background,takes the current human resources management problems of IM Company as the research object,analyze the real grass-roots employee turnover case study,deeply excavates the root causes of the IM Company leading to the grass-roots employee turnover crisis,mainly includes: the salary incentive scheme is unreasonable,the performance management system is not perfect,the staff training system is not scientific and the career management is not perfect and so on.The paper combs the human resources management theories and models,also combines the real status of human resources management of IM Company,finally formulates a set of scientific and effective countermeasures and methods to ensure that IM Company can get rid of the influence of grass-roots employee turnover as soon as possible.The research results of this paper can not only help IM Company to completely solve the employee attrition crisis,but also can help other BPO enterprises in Dalian to solve similar problems and provide professional reference to them.. |
