At present, China’s auto industry compared to the previous years in terms of size and yield economic benefits are showing rapid growth, there has been unprecedented changes to areas of production and consumption of the car. More importantly, the car consumption by the public, commercial vehicles steering consumption of private cars. Further on the private car consumer market, a variety of automotive brands constantly change to adapt to the fierce market competition. At the same time, X car sales company has become the industry’s leading car sales company, which is trying to seek development change. Car sales company in the current sales model, how to improve the performance management system so that the car sales company in the automotive industry in an increasingly competitive market, the outcome of the sales model to play the greatest degree of change, which has become a car sales company’s human the most important topic of a resource sector.The most important aspect of performance management is performance evaluation, it is a measure staff capability criteria and standards, but also to promote employees to create more value for the enterprise means necessary. The fundamental purpose of performance appraisal is to improve the overall level of individual employees and businesses.
