| IT projects are characterized by urgency and uncertainty,and the R&D personnel of IT projects also have many characteristics,such as diverse needs,high quality,high mobility,and difficult quantification of performance.However,when many small and medium-sized companies currently design and implement performance management for R&D personnel,they do not combine the characteristics of IT projects and IT project R&D personnel themselves,but simply use an assessment form to rate the leader’s performance.This method of performance management obviously has many problems such as insufficient incentives for R&D personnel,unclear performance goals,and insufficient coaching in the performance management process.This paper firstly summarizes the relevant theories of IT project R&D personnel performance management and the research status at home and abroad on the basis of sufficient literature retrieval and reading;The structure of the R&D department of the IT project,the characteristics of the IT work content and the task management method,etc.;and then focus on the current situation of the performance management of the D company,use the questionnaire survey method to investigate the performance management of the D company’s IT projects,and deeply analyze the current performance management of the D company.Finally,based on the characteristics of IT project R&D personnel and the current R&D management method of D company,taking the PDCA quality cycle method as the path,combined with KPA and MBO performance management tools,the IT project R&D personnel of D company are analyzed from performance goals,Suggestions for improvement were put forward in terms of coaching and communication,assessment,application and feedback.On the one hand,the research results of this paper effectively improve the work enthusiasm and efficiency of D company’s IT project R&D personnel,increase employees’ work happiness and enhance the competitiveness of D company’s R&D products in the market,On the other hand,it also hopes to provide a valuable reference for the performance management of R&D personnel of it projects in similar companies. |
