| With the development of T Company,the number of its products and customers is increasing,and the market has higher and higher requirements for talents.In order to adapt to the changes of the market,the company has developed a series of talent training methods,but for the training of project managers has not put forward effective methods.This paper takes the training mode of project managers in engineering service Department of T Company as the research object,and constructs the competency model of project managers based on organizational project management maturity model and iceberg model theory.Through case analysis,comparative analysis,investigation,analysis and other analytical methods,the comprehensive analysis on the performance of the project manager,find the problems existing in the current training mode and training target,in detail elaborated the improved training mechanism,optimization of knowledge system,enhance the efficiency of the implementation of specific practices and the ability of the project manager.Scientific project manager training mode is proposed through research.Compared with the current training mode,it can be more effective,more direct and more specific to empower project managers,comprehensively improve the performance of project managers and the quality of project completion,and provide feasible solutions for departments and companies.It is hoped that the scope of application can be further improved through continuous improvement in the future. |
