| Looking back on the development history of management consulting,it is not difficult to find that the international management consulting industry has a history of more than 100 years,while China’s management consulting has only been in existence for more than 30 years since its inception in the 1980s.There is a lot of room for improvement in terms of effect.At the same time,the gradually mature market has higher and higher requirements for management consulting institutions.Continuously improving their business capabilities and brand influence has become the primary task of various management consulting companies.As the core content of enterprise management,performance management plays an important role in enterprise transformation.This paper selects the performance management system of C consulting company as the research content,sorts out and summarizes the relevant theories of performance management,and analyzes and diagnoses the existing problems of C company performance management through literature research method and questionnaire survey method,and finds that there are performance management problems in C company.The lack of strategic orientation,the need to improve the performance management system,and the too single performance management tools and methods.In order to solve the above problems,this paper proposes optimization suggestions according to the following steps.First,introduce a more scientific and comprehensive performance management tool-Balanced Scorecard,and sort out the strategy of C company according to its concept,and complete the drawing of the strategy map,and analyze the financial,customer,internal process and From the four levels of learning and growth,the performance indicators closely related to the strategy are extracted and used in the formulation of performance plans to enhance the strategic orientation of the performance management of C company;then,the weight of indicators is calculated by the AHP method to enhance the scientific rationality of the weight of indicators;,optimizes the performance monitoring,performance evaluation,and performance feedback of the key links of performance management,and improves the performance management system of C company;finally,in order to ensure the smooth implementation of the optimization plan,this paper also proposes to strengthen the high-level attention and strategic guarantee,strengthen the publicity and training of the performance management concept,the improvement of the supporting system and the improvement of the company’s informatization level and other related safeguards.By using the relevant concepts and tools of the Balanced Scorecard,this paper conducts an in-depth analysis and research on the C company that is mainly engaged in consulting projects and has multiple businesses in parallel,and puts forward a targeted performance management system optimization plan to help the company achieve its strategy.At the same time,it is expected to provide a reference for the optimization of the performance management system of other consulting firms with similar problems. |
