Abstract/Summary:
As an important form of economic organization in modern society,the group company pays more attention to the realization of scale effect and synergistic effect,and improves the market competitiveness of enterprises.Human resource management coordination mechanism,as one of the important means of coordination between mother and subsidiaries of the group,is the key for the group to reduce the cost of human resource management and improve the efficiency of human resource management.Its research has important theoretical significance and practical value for the group’s human resource management.Based on the group human resource management mode and collaborative literature review found that less research on human resource management collaboration..In the research direction of human resource management,the synergy theory mainly discusses the synergy effect of human resources,the identification of synergy opportunities,and the influencing factors.There are few comprehensive and systematic researches on the group’s human resource management collaboration.There are fewer researches on the human resource management model formed by considering the industry characteristics,organizational life cycle,organizational strategy,organizational culture,degree of shareholding,degree of informatization and other influencing factors,and on the collaborative management based on the human resource management model to maximize the synergy effect of human resource management..This thesis is based on the human resource management collaborative theory,discusses,based on the group company different human resource management mode of human resource management collaborative execution,put forward the group human resource management effect best practice is to the implementation of HR three pillar strategy,in order to provide the theoretical basis of human resource management collaborative path decision-making.Combined with the case of G Group Company,G Group Company is a real estate group.As the golden age of the real estate industry has ended,G Group’s human resource management is faced with the problem of improving management efficiency,tapping management dividends,realizing economies of scale,and promoting its overall competitiveness.However,at present,there is still an imperfect coordination mechanism of human resource management coordination of G Group company,and there is no clear coordination strategy.This thesis investigates the current situation of human resource management coordination of G Group company in the form of data collection and questionnaire interviews,and analyzes the deficiencies and causes of management mode,coordination points and coordination means.On this basis,the optimization scheme of management mode adjustment,collaborative point sorting and the implementation of collaborative means is put forward,and the safeguard measures such as organizational structure adjustment,enterprise culture construction,talent construction and information construction are put forward.It is hoped that the research of this thesis will provide a theoretical basis for the collaborative implementation strategy of human resource management,and have certain reference significance for the correlation of human resource management collaborative strategy of diversified enterprise groups in leading industries.
