The passage describes the human resource management and control of groupcorporation systematically in order to analysis the differences between the humanresource management and control of group corporation and the monomer of humanresource management to find the problems of group corporation human resource,clarify the group corporation human resources management and controlmechanism,put forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions. Reviewdomestic and foreign literatures, understand the latest achievements of the groupcorporation human resources management and control; analyze the developments ofour group corporation human resources management and control by summarizing theexisting materials; use relevant theories to get a complete systematic project of thehuman resource management and control of group corporation involving the complexrelationships between group headquarters and affiliated companies, affiliatedcompanies and affiliated companies, at the same time, affected by a large externalenvironmental systems of group human resources management and control. So, thegroup company human resources management and control is determined by internaland external factors. Guided by systems theory and self-organization theory,designmechanism to meet the requirements of the operation of group human resourcesmanagement and control, including formation mechanism, operating mechanism,evolutionary mechanism and feedback mechanisms; the possibility of the formation ofgroup corporation human resources management and control and intrinsic motivationof the development of group corporation to maximize the functions of affiliatedcompanies, achieving synergistic effects of human resource that is not achieved by thesum of various subsidiaries.The implementation of the group human resources management and control is aprocess. In order to achieve objectives of human resource management, principle ofgradual and orderly progress must be adopted and to improve the companyheadquarters human resources management level and efficiency. Specifically,establishing human resources management center for the group corporation raises thelevel of human resource management and the improvement of subsidiaries. All thesewill promote the rational flow of resources, information and staff to achieve thechange from the operating management consultancy services center to consultantservice center, and direct management to consultant management of group corporation human resource management and control.
