Research On The Construction And Optimization Of Y Company’s Intelligent Financial Shared Service Center

In 2005,the financial shared service center emerged in our country,creating a new model of financial management in the information age of our country.It is a powerful tool used by enterprise groups to cope with the expansion of business scale,and an effective tool to promote the standardization of enterprise business management.However,in recent years,the rapid development of artificial intelligence technology has not only impacted all walks of life,but also brought many opportunities to all industries.Various smart technologies have penetrated into the fields of communications,transportation,medical care,services and wearable devices,and have also made good progress in the financial field.However,the intelligentization of the financial shared service center has not been fully explored and practiced.Therefore,this paper aims to find and propose optimized solutions through the study of the construction of the Y company’s intelligent financial shared service center to deal with the problems faced in the construction of the center.Difficulties.It fills the practice gap in the intelligent transformation and construction of enterprises based on financial shared service centers.Taking Y company as an example,this paper explores the construction process of Y company’s intelligent financial shared service center,and analyzes the problems in the construction process of Y company from the financial,intelligent and management levels.Guided by the three major construction goals of large concentration,big data and intelligence,starting from the three aspects of shared platform,intelligence and personnel management,it proposes that the shared platform system is single and the shared content is incomplete,and the data input flow in intelligence is cumbersome.,There are many repetitive tasks,data analysis is not fast and accurate enough,data storage security has hidden dangers,prediction and decision-making is not scientific and accurate,as well as the organizational structure and job setting,personnel evaluation and personnel training needs in personnel management.In particular,this paper proposes a more intelligent intelligent financial shared service center framework based on the existing platform of Y company,and supplements the existing content of the shared center.In terms of intelligence,this paper introduces OCR imaging technology to support data input and information flow.Solve the problem of multiple repetitive tasks in enterprises by accessing the RPA system.Through the big data technology of the big data analysis platform,it can help the enterprise data analysis to solve the problems of difficult analysis,slow analysis and inaccurate analysis.At the same time,in order to ensure the security of data storage,a new storage method—heterogeneous cloud storage is proposed,which implements double guarantees for data security.The introduction of machine learning related models and algorithms into decision support systems enables enterprises to achieve accurate analysis and scientific decision-making.Finally,in terms of personnel management,optimize the organizational structure,set up positions based on the organizational structure of the shared center,and propose a personnel assessment plan and personnel training plan to solve the problem of incomplete personnel assessment changes and personnel development under the intelligent shared work mode.The research shows that the study of intelligent financial shared service center is in line with the development requirements of the times,in line with the interests of enterprises,and in meeting the new needs of enterprises for financial management,which has practical significance for the development of future financial management models.
