Study On Supply Chain Management Optimization Of Panel Furniture Enterprises

With the continuous improvement of people’s living standards,consumers’ demand for panel furniture is also constantly changing.In terms of sales and service of panel furniture,people have put forward higher requirements on the quality,delivery date and after-sales service of furniture products.With the improvement of consumer demand and the introduction of supply chain management of panel furniture enterprises,the management mode of panel furniture enterprises has changed accordingly.This thesis takes panel furniture enterprises as the research object,through a number of panel furniture enterprises field research and data sorting,analysis of enterprise supply chain management status.Based on supply chain management theory,ABC analysis method and analytic hierarchy process(AHP)method for the analysis and research of board type furniture enterprise supply chain management present situation and existing problems.From the panel furniture enterprise internal process,supplier management,thirdparty logistics management and sales management to carry out in-depth analysis and research.Based on the principle of supply chain management optimization,this thesis mainly conducts optimization research in the following aspects:(1)Optimized the procurement process and established the procurement department in the procurement management link.In the inventory management link,according to the characteristics of the materials required by the panel furniture enterprises,the ABC analysis method is used to classify the materials,and different management methods are adopted,and the safety inventory is set up.Optimize quality control process and defective product handling mode in quality management.So that enterprises to their own process management more standardized.(2)Summarize the selection indicators of suppliers in the supplier management link.Standardize the supplier development and management process,and establish a good supplier assessment system.Based on information system,standardize the process coordination between enterprises and suppliers.So that enterprises in the development and management of suppliers have a process to follow.(3)Based on advanced information integration technology,solve the delivery time,quality and other problems in third-party logistics management,optimize the evaluation and management of third-party logistics.(4)Taking S panel furniture enterprise as the object of optimization research,through the research,Summarize the problems existing in procurement,supplier management,third-party logistics management and information construction in the supply chain management of the enterprise,combined with the proposed optimization strategy for targeted application research.In order to ensure the smooth implementation of the optimization scheme,the guarantee measures are put forward to achieve the purpose of optimizing the supply chain management of the enterprise.
