| In September 2020,at the 75 th session of the UN,China announced that it would strive to achieve "Carbon Peak" by 2030 and "carbon neutral" by 2060..Therefore,the development of clean energy has been carried out in full swing.Photovoltaic power generation,as one of the important clean energy sources,has built photovoltaic power generation bases all over the country.To develop the photovoltaic industry,Qinghai Province has built two bases in Haixi and Hainan Prefecture,and took the lead in building the country’s first "100-Megawatt Solar Photovoltaic Power Demonstration Base" and Qinghai New energy Big data Center.On such a scale,photovoltaic power generation project construction for project risk management is particularly important,photovoltaic power generation project when conducting faces many uncertain factors.Therefore,the development of photovoltaic power generation project risk research is of great significance to project decision-making,construction,production and other processes,which can provide many kinds of management methods to ensure that photovoltaic power generation projects can meet expectations.This paper took the photovoltaic power generation project in Hainan Prefecture,Qinghai Province as the research object.First,detailed in-depth understanding of photovoltaic power project risk management theory and research at home and abroad,so as to determine the research ideas and technical route of this paper.Secondly,from the overall point of view,detailed and thorough analysis of photovoltaic power generation project risks,including the characteristics of project risks,risk-related theories,lay a theoretical foundation for this paper.Subsequently,based on the reality of photovoltaic power generation project in Hainan Prefecture,Qinghai Province,and combined with risk management theories,the risk management research was carried out systematically..In this paper,the WBS-RBS matrix risk identification method is used to identify and decompose the risk factors of photovoltaic projects in Hainan area of Qinghai province.Then the risk factors in the implementation phase of the construction project are evaluated by using the Analytic hierarchy process method and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,calculate the index weight of risk factors,to identify the risk factors to conduct a comprehensive measure,to quantify the degree to which these risk factors and work out for the final research to identify the risk factors for the specific measures.This can provide some reference for risk prevention of photovoltaic power generation projects. |
