The continuous deepening of economic globalization,the environment sustainable development largely depends on the degree of energy consumption,optimize structure of energy consumption,reduce dependence on traditional energy sources has attracted the attention of the countries around the world.Focus on the development of large-scale ground photovoltaic power plant projects,help to ease the pressure on China's energy and promote the sustainable development of all aspects of society.Through a series of effective evaluation system to improve the comprehensive benefits of photovoltaic power generation projects,effectively achieve the complete comprehensive benefit evaluation,and has theoretical significance and practical value for the investment decision of the project,but the theoretical achievements in this field are scarce.This paper is based on the current situation of China photovoltaic power generation project as the research background,the classification of comprehensive benefits of photovoltaic power generation projects for three kinds of benefits,including three aspects of economic,social and environmental benefits,and from these three angles,analysis of factors affecting the overall efficiency of the project,determine the level indicators established comprehensive evaluation index system of complete.Finally,taking Ningxia Hengyang 30 MW solar photovoltaic power generation project as a case,using real data,through the method of fuzzy evaluation on comprehensive benefits of the project conducted a comprehensive evaluation,and put forward to adapt to the development of China's photovoltaic power generation project proposal.Based on the practice,from the economic,social and environmental aspects of a comprehensive,objective,comprehensive evaluation of the effectiveness of the system,and effectively solve the problems in reality,is the characteristics and innovation of the paper three.
