Nowadays, traditional energy sources are depleting, worldwide energy crisisin worsening environment are deteriorate, undoubtedly, development andutilization of new energy is the most feasible way. In the situation of energyshortage, countries around the world have stepped up the pace of development ofphotovoltaic industry, in order to ease energy shortages and climate change.Despite the late start of our PV industry, the government encouraging andthe policy supporting have made the development rapid. But behind the rapiddevelopment of photovoltaic industry, various problems have become increasingapparently. The investment risk can’t be ignored. However, less research on thePV industry about industrial investment risk is in poor maneuverability, and it isdifficult enough to play a role in theoretical guidance. Therefore, it is necessaryto strengthen the study of the emerging industry investment risk, in order toguide investment and other related practical activities to promote the healthydevelopment of the industry.In this paper, the emerging solar photovoltaic industry sunrise industrycombined with the existing risk management theory and methods, try to findmethods on suitable industrial investment risk analysis and assessment, with thecurrent development of photovoltaic industry and establish the PV industryinvestment risk assessment system. Due to the risk factors of the multi-industryinvestment, strong and systemic factors are more vaqueros. Based on previousresearch, we start with the establishment of a ladder index system based onfactors, using AHP to determine index weights and fuzzy comprehensiveevaluation method to get the value of risk assessment. In addition, we alsocarried out empirical analysis, the use of the evaluation system to measure theinvestment risk level of the PV industry. The results showed that the industry’s current investment risk is above the average level, better reflect the reality of thesituation, which proves that the evaluation system can be more comprehensiveand scientific to evaluate the Photovoltaic Industry investment risk level. Theinvestment risk evaluation system is established on the chain of the PV industry,not for a certain enterprise evaluation.The research enrich the study ofinvestment risk on PV industry, and can be used to reveal the short board of PVindustry investment and industrial development of the main risks for investors. Itmakes an initial judgment on the investment risks and paves the way for theactual investment. Furthermore, it can help Government to grasp the dynamics ofthe industry and the development of rational policies to promote healthy andsustainable development of the photovoltaic industry.
