In the power grid work tender stage, The grid project contractor what do rational risk analysis and evaluation, risk identification to determine whether or not to participate in the tender, decided to participate and the need for a rational approach to risk avoidance. In this paper, Author tell risk management related theoretical knowledge and impact on the size of the risk factors and risk analysis of several methods, and author tell us the power grid projects of their own characteristics, the establishment of a tender for power grid project risk evaluation index system used AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of the power grid project with the establishment of the tender risk assessment model.
