In recent years,China’s market economy is facing the rising level of informatization and knowledge,and the competition among enterprises is increasingly fierce.In this environment,enterprises continue to strengthen the competitiveness of human resources,and improve the level of compensation incentives for knowledge-based employees has become one of the key directions of enterprise human resources management research.As high-quality human resources of enterprises,knowledge-based employees play an important role in creating enterprise value.Compared with ordinary employees,they contribute more to the realization of enterprise strategy.Knowledge workers have specific knowledge and skills,strong internal drive,strong motivation for self realization and achievement.They often have high professional commitment and are loyal to their career rather than the organization.Therefore,they have low organizational loyalty and often choose a new organization because the salary incentive of the enterprise can not meet expectations.The strong liquidity caused by its inherent attributes also has a great impact on the development of enterprises.Therefore,in-depth exploration of the salary incentive scheme for knowledge-based employees in enterprises will help enterprises better manage knowledge-based employees.This paper takes the knowledge workers of Shuanghui Group as the research case,based on the concept of knowledge workers,salary concept and relevant human resource incentive theory,combined with the current salary incentive status of knowledge workers of Shuanghui Group,analyzed and summarized the problems of salary incentive for knowledge workers of Shuanghui Group through issuing questionnaires,research interviews and other forms.And targeted to optimize and improve the salary incentive scheme for knowledge workers in Shuanghui Group,this study believes that we should improve the salary structure design,moderately improve the salary level,and design dual channels for career development to further optimize the salary incentive scheme for knowledge workers in Shuanghui Group.In order to ensure that the salary incentive scheme can be implemented,this study also proposes the safeguard measures for the salary incentive scheme of knowledge workers in Shuanghui Group.Through the research,the research conclusions of this paper are summarized,and the limitations of this paper and future research prospects are pointed out.Establishing a set of salary incentive model suitable for the organization and employees can not only enhance employees’ work autonomy and enthusiasm,thus laying a solid foundation for the long-term development of the enterprise;Moreover,it can give full play to the subjective initiative of employees,which is conducive to the better development of employees’ career and the realization of personal value.
