| In recent years,with the prosperity and rapid development of China’s national economy,the rapid development of domestic tourism,hotel industry market scale is also expanding.In the face of increasing industry competition,hotels have to rely on human resources if they want to survive and develop.However,the hotel enterprise human resource management is relatively backward,especially the lack of scientific and standardized salary management system design,resulting in the value of staff work can not be reflected,directly affecting the healthy development of the hotel.In order to enhance the core competitiveness of the hotel and improve employee salary satisfaction,this thesis takes TH Hotel as the research object.First of all,through literature research to refer to salary management related theories,laid a theoretical foundation.Secondly,using the method of questionnaire survey and interview employees to TH hotel current compensation system are analyzed,and find out the hotel there is lack of rationality,post salary compensation structure lack of fairness,lack of competitive salaries,employee welfare lack of diversity and lack of scientific incentive mechanism,and analyses the cause of the problem.Then,combined with the actual situation of the hotel and the external salary level survey,the TH hotel salary system was optimized.According to the optimization principles and objectives,the salary structure is determined,and the post salary is redesigned through the factor count point method and broadband salary theory.The performance salary is determined according to the performance appraisal table,and various allowances,flexible welfare and intrinsic salary are supplemented.Finally,it discusses the possible obstacles encountered in the implementation of the compensation system,and puts forward the implementation guarantee,in order to optimize the design scheme can be carried out smoothly.It is hoped that through the optimization design of the salary system,on the one hand,it can play the incentive role of salary and motivate employees to work actively,so as to promote the healthy development of TH Hotel;On the other hand,it can provide reference for the same type of hotel service industry. |
